I’ve never read anything on an iPad, but I imagine many of you have done so. The large number of books available for the tablets is very diverse, and now the universe of securities is further enhanced, thanks to the British Library offers.

With just download an application launched by the British Library, we will be able to read our iPads over 45,000 classics. The application is called Historical 19th Century British Library Access, and was created in conjunction with the software company Bibliolabs. With this application, authors like Mary Shelley, Charles Dickens, Daniel Defoe and many more, as well as travel documents of Victorian poetry and scientific texts can be read and enjoyed from the iPad.

Also, do not think that these digital books are like common because it is not, as they have been designed to give the impression of reading each of the titles as they are in their original format. “We launched a trial run in June, and we were completely overwhelmed by the great response we got … was phenomenal,” said Samantha Tillett, prodcut development manager at the British Library.

The collection of classic books for iPad will expand to 60,000 by year-end titles, and not only present nineteenth century books, but also of the eighteenth century, in French, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch. A great opportunity to read great classics.

Agility is characterized by a cycle, which comprises a series of five steps:
- Detect lies ahead or need a change

- Decide on the course to follow
- Communicate to all key participants in the new plan,
- Press for Change.

These five steps are sequential and are executed every time there is a change in the business landscape. The cycle occurs in all levels of the organization on an ongoing basis.
How to facilitate agility in the organization? Technology is the common denominator of all five. It is not the case that only some technologies provide flexibility, but each organization will have a different agenda management challenges and unique architectural footprint that will require different strategies of using technology to support and improve agility. This may represent from a small correction to a strategic reorientation of the company.

Any solution of information technology must comply with each of these points to maximize every dollar invested and ultimately generate business agility
Each of the criteria have equal weight and importance to an organization in pursuit of the goal of agility. Developing a framework, it is possible to measure the state of agility in an organization, identify weaknesses and suggest practical solutions so the organization can implement concrete actions to improve their agility and competitiveness portended.

Technology and information systems threaten privacy, which is the right of individuals to be left alone without supervision or interference by other individuals, organizations or government of individuals to make cheap, affordable and effective invasion.

Venezuela has ordered 3 laws governing this matter. They are:

1. Special Law against Cybercrime of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela:
Aims at comprehensive protection of the systems using information technologies and the prevention and punishment of crimes committed against such systems or any component or crimes committed through the use of these technologies.

2. Telecommunications Law of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela:
Is to establish the legal framework regulating telecommunications in general, to guarantee the human right of people to communicate and conduct of economic activities needed to achieve telecommunication, without other limitations than those derived from the Constitution and laws.
Excluded from the purpose of this Law regulating the content of broadcasts and communications sent through the various means of telecommunications, which is governed by constitutional provisions, laws and regulations concerned.

3. Organic Law of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela:
Aims to develop the guiding principles in science, technology and innovation established by the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, organized the National Science, Technology and Innovation, define the guidelines that will guide policies and strategies for the activity science, technology and innovation with the introduction of institutional and operational mechanisms for the promotion, encouragement and promotion of scientific research, social ownership and transfer of knowledge and technological innovation in order to build capacity for the generation, use and circulation of knowledge and boost national development.

Along with the technological advances open new possibilities to develop as much to “take advantage” of information to make improper use of it. The availability of new technology can open up countless possibilities of use and abuse. In most cases even anticipated generating some kind of problem. One might ask: what are the effects or how they impact changes in information technology in the ethical systems?
